No withdrawal bleeding. On my history?

Since March 2025, I have not been getting my periods naturally. In April 2025, I consulted a gynecologist. My prolactin was elevated (it had been 24 in December 2024), and I was started on cabergoline. After treatment, my prolactin normalized to 9 (tested in early July), and my last period was on 29 May. After that, I did not get another period. My gynecologist prescribed Modus (medroxyprogesterone) twice daily for 5 days, with the last dose on 26 July. Today (2 August), I still have no withdrawal bleeding but have heavy, sore breasts and intermittent lower abdominal cramps. There is no chance of pregnancy, I do not have PCOS, and my TVS was done in April. My questions: 1. What could be causing the delay despite my prolactin being normal? 2. Could this indicate premature menopause , or is that unlikely based on my history? Had tests in dec 2025 , april 2026. images please check.
