No withdrawal bleeding. Really scared!

My last menstrual cycle date was 6th of August and I took the unwanted 72 pill on the 16th of  August after two hours of unprotected intercourse and before taking the pill I had snacks and within a min I took the pill and later after 2hours i had unripe Papaya so now I am worried about all this and also I am worried since I am not seeing any kind of withdrawal bleeding because last time I took ipill I got the bleeding and this time I took unwanted 72 pill I am not seeing any bleeding after 6days is there any difference between the two pills because there's no sign that I can get any withdrawal bleeding i am really worried . About the things I did before taking the unwanted 72 pill and after 2hours of eating raw papaya I am really scared
