I have been working out for 90 mins. Each day and still have no effect on my weight. Could you suggest some good diet program for the same. Also having constipation problem.

Workout or exercise plays only 20 % role in weight loss and diet plays 70 % role. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
Hi, even after exercising if ur not loosing weight , then the problem might be ur eating habits. Need to start a good healthy diet plan . For constipation have lots of water with lots of fruits n veggies .
