I have done prp 3 sessions for 3 months with exactly a month interval between sessions. I noticed reduced hair fall right after second session for a week. Apart from that 1 week, I am just facing same amount of hair fall. Is that normal or do I need to work on something else to make it work. I am asked to use minoxidil 5% but I must also admit that I am not using it regularly as in, I use it 3-4 days a week only. Do I need to check if I have deficiencies or anything? Do I need to work on any home remedies or self-care?
