Given your age ....you may be perimenopausal........so having irregular cycles... But you also have to rule out other conditions which may lead to irregularities in menstrual cycle. You would need to do some blood investigations and a scan...as of now. Connect to get a prescription

There are many other reasons for the delay in period besides pregnancy At age 44 you could have attained menopause You need investigations to find out the reason and treatment accordingly
