No periods since 3 months

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have irregular prds since puberty last august I went to dctr she gave meprate tab then I got period after 10 days then my period cycle was okay in sep,oct,nov in December I took premolt N to postpone my period on some reason I got my period on dec 15 again I got on March 11 after that still I didn't get and I am not pregnant also last before week I saw a very little dark brown spotting I don't have pcod and nothing not even thyroid
