Not getting periods for 3 months

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had my last periods on 31/01/21 . Afterwards i have protected intercourse on 19/03/21 then I have checked a home pregnancy test on 26/03/21 and the result was negative.. but I haven't my periods till now... although I have irregular periods problem ( i.e. getting periods after 2 month) in the past... So this late period is just the same period problem or should i worry about pregnancy???
