First  rule out pregnancy  if not then u may have hormonal imbalance,PCOS which needs to b ruled out before u start medication.

If you have ruled out pregnancy, then it could be due to hormonal imbalance, PCOS. You will need to get evaluated with a scan and you will need to be given medication to get your periods.
