Hello generally in pcod preg won't occur because  of hormonal imbalance, so you can  take a consultation  on Practo consult if you want to start the treatment of pcod.

Without testing how I can tell it is implantation bleeding or period?? Get done urine pregnancy test or Bhcg.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.

It is advisable to do a urine test or beta HCG blood test is better. Also if there is no pregnancy do a thyroid test and check prolactin hormone in blood.Once all done start PCOD treatment properly wit proper diet and exercise if pregnancy ruled out.
