No Periods for 40 days
I suffer from PCOD and my usual cycle length is 37-38 days for the past few years. I'm not on any medication and trying to streamline through lifestyle changes. This month I am yet to have my periods after 40 days. I practised safe protected intercourse and took pregnancy test twice, both times result is negative. I wonder if the delay is due to PCOD or is there still a chance of pregnancy. P.S. I am feeling period symptoms like bloating, mild cramps and pre- menstrual discharge, but periods yet to come. Need advice.

You have done pregnancy tests on two occasions, both negative. So chances of pregnancy are not there. I suggest you get a sonography of Lower abdomen done. When you are 10 days overdue, an ultrasound scan can never miss that pregnancy. After that you should consult with a Gynaecologist on Practo for further management.
