No periods after May-2022
Hi , I have pcos and periods were not this irregular however i have been in accute emotional stress lately from months , no workout , etc and no periods after May. I consulted and started having supplements zinc , magnesium , omega, myogen etc in september. I recently started proper balanced diet but no workout. I will be starting my workpurs and daily walks from today. Should I go with this approach and let periods come when its supposed to or shall I have Sysron -n for 5 days to induce false period if that matters? Wanted to know from gynae or endo experts? Is it imp that I induce period at this stage that I explained or keep going with holistic approach snd its okay periods can come when they have to no problem? Your answers and knowledge is valueable kindly revert. Also suggestions. I am unmarried. Thanks.

If you are sexually active then do urine pregnancy test. If sexually inactive then you need to take medicines to induce your periods. Hormonal evaluation is also needed.
