No periods after last intercourse

Sir i have last periods on 15 feberuary to 19. and then we came close on 20&21 feberuary and then i took unwanted 72 on 21 feb .Then due to some diseases i have taken steroid injection on 26 feberuary and then i had withdral bleeding on 27 feb ,28 feb and 1 march Then i have beeen close on 20 march and then i took unwanted 72 tablet immediately SIR WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY PERIODS OR IS there any chance of pregnancy.
