No orgasm/ejaculation (erection ok)

Asked for Male, 39 Years

Diagnosed with tiny renal concretion in left kidney,urinary bladder slightly distended.. All blood reports including,HBS,Creatinine,RBS, LFT found normal. But a sharp pinch pain on left side of stomach while yelling,sneeze & yawning.(no continuous pain is there) No medicine prescribed by urology doctors..advised only to drink plenty of fluids.A diet chart given, reduced to non-veg intake.
