I'm a 27 year old male, never had sex and my foreskin never opened. It hurts when I pull it back. Everyone seems to show the dickhead when they're erect. Is this natural ? Should I get a surgical circumcision ?

If ur foreskin is completely tight then u need to undergo circumcision...
If u can see penis head in erection mode slightly, then u can take proper ayurveda medicine also...
