No kids despite trying from last 2 years

Hi, I am trying to conceive from last 2 years but couldnot so far. i did visit 2-3 gynea for normal check up and they suggested ultra sound which is ok. My husband's semen test was negative which doctor suggested to get it done again then only can say anything. I would like to add about my periods too as that the basic q from all doctors. it happens in exact 30 days for 2 months and then it gets postponsed for 5 days and i do have pain on first day. I can see change in blood flow in 3-5 days from some time. From past 6-7 months. the flow has reduced a lot in 3-5 days Please let me know is it normal thing.

You need to get a basic workup done which includes tests and also ultrasound to see if follicles (eggs) are forming and growing..Also we need to see if your tubes are ok..try visiting a good gynaecologist for further management
