No i high bp but mild concentric lvh
I don't have high blood pressure it is always normal ecg is always normal then what can cause this issue? Can there be a error in the report representation? I don't have any symptoms of heart problems. Only consulted for tachycardia which is mainly triggered by my anxiety

You need to monitor BP. Get an ABPM done to rule out undetected hypertension

Mild LVH and Grade I diastolic dysfunction is not an issue. Do regular aerobic exercise.
