No gestational sac
I didnot get periods in April. However I ovulated on May 7 and now pregnant. HCG increased within 4 days from 164 to 900. But no gestational sac seen in TVS. What is the reason. No bleeding or pain.

In early stages, sac may not be seen. Take Duphaston or susten twice daily and repeat scan after a month.
