No FHR in week 8
I am 34ys old and 8 weeks pregnant with my first child and did an ultrasound today which suggested no heart rate for fetus. At six week it was at 101 and doc said it's very low and prescribed some medicines but after 10 days the report says no FHR. I am just having some occasional spotting but no other symptoms. Doctor advised for medical abortion. Please suggest.

Its really sad that you hv suffered from missed abortion
I would suggest u to have suction evacuation and send ur products of conception for further testing which would include genetic testing of the products as to why this pregnancy failed to grow
