No fetal pole it's been 8 weeks

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, there is gestational sac and it has been increasing and yolk sac found but no fetal pole as per scan I see 6 weeks and 1 day doctor has suggested for abortion is there any hope that I can find fetal pole I don't have any spotting or pain.
