No eye contact and social interaction
My child 3 years aged not having any eye contact while speaking and not even responding to his name...he was speaking many words when 2 years and loosing them slowly and stopped completely now... being very adamant and restrict to react for command or action

The two reasons could be a psychological trauma(including abuse,as you must be reading in papers,be sure to rule it out!!)
and autism.
In both cases,you need help of a good child psychologist.
