Hello. I have 1 df in right ovary and 2 df in left ovary. As they reached appropriate size, my gynae gave me a recombinant hcg shot yesterday and asked to get a sonography after 24 hours and go for IUI.
Today, after 24 hours of injection, my all 3 follicles are of same size and not ruptured. Is this normal? Why haven't follicles increased in size? When shall i do IUI now?

Follicles usually rupture 34-36 hours after hcg..
You csn do a double Iui at 24 and 48 hours
Or a single Iui at 24 hrs
