  4. Ovary Follicle. The follicle ruptures.

Ovary Follicle
Hello, Today is my 18th day and the size of right ovary Follicle 24*24mm, left ovary follicle 17*15mm, ET 13mm. No follicle rupture is found. Is it still possible to conceive only when the follicle ruptures.

Yes the possibility of pregnancy is there and u have a good size follicle which should rupture ,u may do a sexual contact in order to conceive.
