No effect of the prescribed medicine
She(Suman Nawale) is getting paranoid every few hours and also she is not taking her medicine. Although we are giving it to her by adding it in her food or tea, but to no effect. Her delusions are getting stronger and even after taking her medication she is not sleeping.

She has no touch with the reality and once she will improve these symptoms will go away. Medications are not magic pills and it usually take some time to control symptoms. If there has been a history of medication been taken irregularly ask your psychiatrist to start him on long acting injections which are to be given once a month.These injection will take care of her symptoms even when she dont take her medication.
