Hi Doctors, My wife got  pregnant on December 26th 2020 also check with doctor nd dr suggest us to come on 19th January 2021...today we went to hospital and check the heartbeat with ultrasound but no heartbeat detected. Doctor told me that sac size 5mm only this shows for 5th week of pregnant...may be we take a scan 2weeks later and dr put a injection and come again on February 8th 2021 and Finlay Dr said its like delayed pregnancy... already my wife was miscarriage on one year back  after 55th day no baby heartbeat...56th day without abortion it automatically miscarriage..the same scenario  happens this time also... Can anyone suggest me this is similar to miscarriage or after 2weeks can we hear baby heartbeat...pls tell me we are very afraid 🙏🙏🙏
