NIPT test after Double marker
I am pregnant at 32 yrs. My NT/NB scan are normal. It only detected a raised risk of preclampsia/ fetal growth restrictions. The double marker mentioned a low risk for T21, T18 and T13. But the hCGb and values are raised. Should i go for a NIPT ? how accurate is it?

With this kind of reporting as you have mentioned, there is no need for NIPT. NIPT is also not a 100% accurate test. The chances of picking up an abnormality increase upto 90%, but not 100%
