Nipple Discharge
Hi Doc,
I am male age 22 have pain in cheast around the nipple and water discharge from both nipple. I have consulted my general parcticner.She asked me to consult a gynaecologist.Can i consult a gynae.do they treat me for this.Please tell me whom to consult and reason for this problm

U have to get investigated by a Gen surgeon ASAP nipple discharge has to be given in the lab for cytology and harmonal estimations inc thyroid shd be done

Hello there,
Please consult a surgeon for necessary evaluation. Discharge from nipples can be a sign of breast Ca. Check if you have any lumps in the breast, or any breast enlargement. It could be even a sign of some Hormonal disturbances ( like testosterone deficiency, elevated Prolactin due to pituitary tumors etc..). Please see a surgeon as soon as possible.
