Nightmares,disrupted sleep/sleep pattern
I've recently moved to uni. Ive been smoking weed practically everyday for the past 2 years and every week for about 2 and a half before that. I havent smoked once since I came to uni. Ive never had problems sleeping before ever so this is the only via link I can see. My sleep is broken into two naps currently one in the afternoon evening and one early morning. When I sleep I have the most vivid, complicated, stressful and often scary dreams that force me awake. What can I do?

U have mentioned since you have moved to uni,  but not mentioned when Avoid afternoon nap. You can revert back to me
