Sir i have done masturbation 8 years ago but it has caused weakness in my body and suffering from frequent nightfall.after this i could not focus on my study.so i contactacted psychologist and eat medicines till 4 years .Why has he been testing me when i study it is normal.and i see on you tube when you feel weak after nightfall.it is because of Anxity happens afternightfall.sir ,if i controll my nightfall.then what do i need to contact a psychologist or not.sir,when I was eating medicine from psychologist.i was very feared and tensed that I have a mental disease due to this I could not study .But,when I met a sexologist he said no you have no any psychological problems .Sir ,please guide me.now I am a student .

Nightfall is normal. You are not suffering from any disease or having any psychological problem if you experience nightfall.
