  4. Night tantrums. Exhaustion . plz help!

Hello doctor, my daughter is nearly 2 years and 9 months old for the last one week she has been waking up at night with huge tantrums and asking to do bizzare things like watching video,  take her outside most times i can not console her she gives in to pure exhaustion ... Plz help
