Irregular sleep at night 14 months old
Hi Doctor, My daughter is 14 months old. Till now her sleep cycle is not regulated at night, she wakes up very frequently at night and some days entire night she sucks the nipple if we try not to give her breast milk she cry a lot and in the last 10 days, this increased a lot. We are facing difficulties in coping with this constant sleepless night. How can we regulate her sleep? We give her a home-cooked, well-balanced diet, and we are sure that she is hungry at night. We are really clueless and seeking help. Please suggest something.
