Night Leg Cramp
Due to mid-heavy leg cramp at night don't fall to sleep how to overcome that. BMI is 23. Running early 2nd trimester of pregnancy.

Hi. You can take Evion LC daily after lunch for 10 days for leg cramps . Take more water . Continue Calcium and Vit D supplement .

Take plenty of water  in a day. Milk with protein powder. Paneer ,sprouts  green leafy vegetables and 2 fruits daily.
