Severe leg cramp
I am 31 weeks pregnant with twins and from last 2 days I have a severe leg cramp in right leg at a particular point above my ankle. The pain in such worse that I am unable to sleep and inspite of regular leg massage the pain is not going. Kindly help as to what can be done.
I have tried several ways other than massage also like keeping a pillow under my legs, taking hot shower etc. but nothing is soothing my pain.

If you are having severe intense pain then why are you wasting your time here. It is not for any emergency management. U shall visit nearest hospital asap
