Night fever
He works from home. At every night he get a little feverish symptom which leads to high fever at the middle of the night. No routine of proper food. Lunch around 3-5pm dinner at 9-10 pm no breakfast no water intake. Sometimes he said he is in depression reason he don't know.. Can't sit idle..

He needs to be evaluated for any organic cause from physician. Once organic cause of fever is ruled out by investigation he can be evaluated for depression by Psychiatrist.
