I have been smoking for over a decade and I have been unable to quit with the conventional methods. I have tried quitting via medication but it did not help. I am looking for hypnotherapy to quit smoking.

There must need a internal urge to quit any habit.It is upto you that how u can face its after effects.People can do anything if his will power his high enough.U have to enhance ur will power ,keep ur self-confidence high enough that u must beat it. Medicinal help u must take from psychiatrist. But i insist u to consult any good institute or organisation where they deal with this type of problems. Institutional medical therapy help you to get rid of these type of habits.
