I have an addiction of smoking. This habit is increasing day by day.I am a chain smoker now. I want to stop that now because smoking does not solve my problems. Please suggest some nicotine gum or any other way to quit this. It is destroying myself. Please help. Thanks!

You have already taken the first step by deciding not to smoke.Further you have to be consistent and strong willed to control the urge which is not that easy but anything and everything is possible if you have a strong will.To help you in a better and regulated way plz consult a Counseling Psychologist/therapist.Stay Safe and Take Care.
