I'm planning to quit smoking, on an average I smoke 10-15 ciggarettes a day since 2 years. I'm experiencing a lot of problems apparently. I have my exams coming up in a few days. I am already overweight and I fear I could gain more weight after quitting, secondly, I fear that the withdrawal symptoms might ruin my exams. Is it the right time to stop or wait for my exams to get over? And, what are the most effective ways to quit smoking without worrying about the withdrawal symptoms. Keeping in mind that I'm a college student and live away from home.
