He is suffering from severe neck pain can't even sleep when the pain gets started more his head automatically turns to left side and left hand get pain and the left hand finger also get shivering almost from 1 year

This could be cervical spasms due to your posture which is occuring again and again When it happens take muscle relaxants Warm compressions Take plenty fluids Tab paracetamol for pain Change your posture Do cervical strengthening exercises

Too young to have pain in neck and arm. Needs evaluation for some and treatment. Looks like nerve issue only. Avoid bad posture. Thanks
