Unable to taper nex20 coz when done to nex15 it causes anxiety symptoms whivh makes me take it again. What medicine can I add to easily taper it. I'm taking it from 2 years after trying many meds but it causes low Libido and sweat, digestion issues etc. help in detail

Gradually town tapering is right way to taper, shift from 20mg to 15 mg is not much change in nexito blood plsama level its a just of psychological dependency which lead to anxiety ,you may add Clonafit 0.25 mg as per need during tapering
