Newborn have extreme cold and cough
My baby is 40 days old .I made her take bath day before yesterday and since yesterday she is coughing badly and have a nose blockage.
What should I do to help her

Nasoclear saline drops just clear the nasal block.
It doesn't help in decreasing nasal congestion.
But if nasal congestion is minimal
then better to avoid to give nasal drops in first 3months of age.
If significant nasal congestion night awakening exessive cry due to nasal congestion then give
Nasivion baby nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 2 days only.

You can give her nasoclear drops 2 drops atleast 4 times before feed and clear the nose
