New born pimples issue
My son, who is 2 month and 1 week old, has got MANY small pimples on his forehead, scattered pimples on his cheeks, and some under chin. It's there for a long time(more than a month). Shall we take medication or leave it? The place we live is not so hot(Himachal). My concern is that pimples are not vanishing even after a long time

If its acne only than don't worry bcoz of maternal hormones it can be. No treatment needed for baby. But to confirm diagnosis share clear photo of affected area.
