Hello,
On my 2 year old kid's full body there are small pimple like appearance. We suspect it's an allergy, he has itching sensation. It's there since mostly 2 weeks. Can anyone please confirm if this is because of allegy Or a chicken pox. If it's an allery what can i do to cure it. He does not have any other side effects except itching. Pictures attached for your reference. Thanks in advance.

This could be a reaction to clothing or could be due to an underlying viral infections. When it comes to kids a detailed examination is must.
Take your time and plan a in person / online consultation.
Looking at the duration and skin possibility of chicken pox is less likely however nothing can be surely said without examination.
To avoid discomfort to baby and to provide relief from itching some medicines should be prescribed
