New born cough at night with Mucus
Yesterday night , my 4 month New born coughed at night with white Mucus. He also got mucus in his nose which we removed using saline spray and aspirator. He was coughing when lying down not continuously nor for longer time.
Currently, we are only feeding him with breast milk. We do give him baal ghuti in the mornin.
Also, 10 days before he has been vaccinated and had a light fever for a day following that.
We live in pune and from 2 days the environment has been cold here almost 8°c at night.
Could you please suggest any remedy or we should see doctor physically. Just scared he shouldn't get infected from other chilren at clinic in that case.

Good morning.
As you are giving only feeding that is good but give him exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month no other things without prescribed medications and BM.
It seems to be due to cold weather.
Continue normal saline spray if other symptoms like fever is not present.
Next Steps
observe for feeding, fever,respiration of baby and activity alertness.if you find something disturb consult doctor
