I understand your concern. Please help me with a few points: 1. What is the age of the baby? 2. Since birth, has he ever passed stool or not? If he hasn’t, that is something we need to take seriously. Normally, in young neonates, stool frequency can vary, but one important thing we always have to rule out is thyroid issues. At birth, or within the first 1–2 weeks of life, was the newborn TSH level test done or not? Meanwhile, I would strongly advise you to visit a nearby pediatrician as soon as possible for proper evaluation.
