I run, power walk, and lift weights regularly.
I never seem to feel hungry anymore, and I have to force myself to eat.
Even if I work out and eat a light lunch, as well as probiotics to aid my digestion, I am still never hungry by dinnertime.
Any suggestions as to make my appetite return would be much appreciated.
