Dr, I feel that I am unnecessarily always hungry.. From at least 2months.. I have gain much more weight also.. My belly fat have increased.. If I don't eat that I become restless.. I always wants to eat spicy foods.. Plz suggest how to reduce my eating habit.. I am housewife and had taken sea cord tab for 1month at too 1yrs before all this weight gain.. My height is 152cm n weight is 60kg belly fat shows as if I am pregnant,But I am not.

Hi, are you drinking enough water? Many a times we mistake thirst for hunger. Try to have atleast 2 liters of water daily along with other beverages like buttermilk, coconut water, green tea etc.
