Neuropathic pain related issues
Hello doctor My husband is 35 yr suffering from ckd dailisys from last 2 and1/2 yrs In April is is daignosd wt covid and then after 10days is was suffered from mucarmycosis.. He go through 3 sugeries.. At last surgery debrament teeth bone one side. Now is fine he is taken posaconazole from last 3 months.. Now he is suffering from neuropathic pain.. Pain is in only legs fingers I want to ask is this is remarkable? Plz guide me Dr priscrible him gabapin 100 and b12

He is suffering from uremic neuropathy due to kidney disease. Gabapentine is cleared by kidney but its cleared up during dialysis. So risk of toxicity is low at dosage of 100 mg once a day. It should not be increased beyond 300 once a day.
