Neuropathic pain
Loss of bladder control, pain in limbs, mobility poor, memory short term poor this has been an ongoing gradually getting worse and more painful, MRI and lumbar puncture done results not definitive, another MRI 6 months on awaiting results, what's wrong with me?

Sometimes normal pressure hydrocephalus can cause these symptoms. But an MRI of three spine needs to done to rule out spinal problems.
