Neural tube defect
I got abortion 2 times at age 21&23 because of high risk of alpha feta protein causes ntd (Neural tube defect) . what can I do for that , is there any permanent cure before pregnancy plan?

I would advise you to meet genetic specialist is you are having a case of recurrent neural tube defect. Folic acid deficiency also leads to Neural tube defect.

Hi.... If you're pregnant or might become pregnant, it's critically important to get enough folic acid, the synthetic form of vitamin B9, also known as folate. Folic acid helps prevent neural tube defects(NTDs) – serious birth defects of the spinal cord (such as spina bifida) and the brain (such as anencephaly)...... Consult your gynecologist they will do the needful.....
