Nerves pulsating and stress
I just turned 20. I lost my dad unexpectedly and after that my body became weak don't know how and why . I can feel the sound of my heartbeat,I get scared easily, get tired very quickly and my nerves pulsate randomly anywhere in my body all of a sudden. I am scared if it will create a major disease. Elaborate, please.
