Nerves contract
Hi I'm Neha. Sometimes my toes tend to automatically bend and I get pain. Whenever I try to stretch myself or apply some pressure on my muscles they contract and it starts paining. Which doctor should I consult?

These are cramps due to localized spasms of a group of muscles.  You should take Calcium and Vitamin D. In addition you should maintain your hydration  with water and  balanced salt solutions.

This could be due to low vitamin D and low B12, also it could be due to high creatinine levels and high uric acid levels , so check accordingly
